We are world leaders, setting the scene in key markets, and we do this by making sure that whatever we
do is world class. Our relationship with our customers is fundamental – they are our number one priority.
This is bolstered by a culture of adaptability, which enables us to meet the needs of our customers and to
thrive despite changing technologies, markets and cultures.
Your Development
Imagination is a dynamic environment in which to work: informal yet professional, with a culture based on
mutual regard and support which we believe encourages creativity. Our growth is built on recruiting and
retaining graduates of the highest calibre. Our culture is key to this.
We make sure new recruits are supported by experienced team-mates and that their progress is regularly,
but informally, reviewed. Wherever possible work is allocated to small teams and as a member of such a
team you’ll be able to engage with the role and make a real difference. We offer opportunities to adopt
more responsibility within the organization: the greater your success, the more responsibility you’ll be able
to claim.
Within Imagination
Communication within the organization is key to our success. Everyone gets together at 10.30am on
Wednesdays to enjoy a ‘Treat of the Week’ – sometimes a doughnut, sometimes a pastry, but always an
opportunity to meet people and keep in touch with others, whatever their team and discipline.
Our lunch’n’learns – informal presentations given by topic experts – are hugely popular and promote
greater understanding of what the whole company does.
Our newsletter ‘Imagineer’ keeps everyone up to date on what’s going on.
Fun and Social Responsibility
Every year we hold company-wide get-togethers like the Christmas Party and Summer Ball.
Our active Sports and Social club organizes and subsidises sports events and social activities, such as
theatre trips,
football, go-kart racing, barbecues, golf days, pub and board game nights, climbing sessions,
meals out, helicopter taster sessions, and more.
We support good causes wherever possible. Ten charities a year are chosen by our employees and
supported through the year. We run an internal recycling programme and collect supermarket vouchers
for local schools.
